About the event
A longer, gentler yoga class, mainly consisting of floor poses, held for longer periods of time, often with support/props. Suitable for those who enjoy a softer, more healing, restorative practice or for anyone recovering from injury or managing issues. Props, mats and blankets provided. Please feel free to bring any extra "favorite" personal props you have, a bottle of water and warmer clothing for relaxation if you choose.
£2 Discount applies to ANY 4 classes booked in one booking. Payment is required for the full booking amount (with discount applied if bulk booking) on or before the day of the first class.
